The XV International Congress of Acarology 2018 (XV ICA 2018) at the spectacular Mediterranean beachside Swandor Hotels and Resort Topkapı Palace in Antalya, Turkey from 2-8 September is now just over 5 months away.

Updates on the congress website (http://www.acarology.org/ica/ica2018/) include:

• The abstract submission deadline has been extended a second and final time to 31 March.
• Acceptance letters will be sent out on or before 30 April.
• Early bird registration and accommodation deadlines have been extended to May 15.
• The biosketches of distinguished invited speakers.
